Q: Restocking Fee
We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All returns must be received in original sealed packaging, with original manuals and ancillary materials in undamaged and saleable condition. All clearance items are sold with a no return policy. Clearance items are designated with a CLR- prior to the item part number. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned orders. Special orders may be subject to manufacturer restocking fees as well. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. In addition, when returning an item for a refund that was shipped using our free shipping offer, the original shipping cost incurred by FCRC Machine will be deducted from the refund issued.
ALL returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)with the returned merchandise.
Returns for refund will not be accepted for any of the following: Chips/Tuners, SCT products, Liquid Products, any custom-order or made-to-order items, non-defective items that have been used or installed on a vehicle.
Q: Undeliverable packages (orders returned to us)
Packages that are returned to us by the U.S. Postal Service, FedEX or UPS and marked as "Unclaimed", "Return to Sender", "Attempted Unknown", "Refused", or "Invalid Street Address", will be credited back to the customer's credit card on file, less the shipping and handling fees and a 20% restocking fee. Shipments returned that were sent with our free shipping offer will have the actual cost of shipping deducted from the amount of the refund and a 20% restocking fee.
