Q: Communications

If you select during the order process or at other times when you submit personally identifiable information, the information you provide may be used by FCRC Machine to create and deliver to you our newsletters, surveys or other communications containing product information. If you prefer not to receive such Communications, please do not select the ‘Please inform me option’. If you do select this option and later decide that you would no longer like to receive these communications, please use the features made available to you.

Q: Brochure Mailing List

If you have requested a FCRC Machine brochure, all information is kept completely confidential and is not shared with any third parties. We may, on occasion, send you an updated catalog or brochure. If you do not wish to receive any mail from FCRC Machine, please contact us via email at me@company.com. Include your name and mailing address and email address. You will be removed from any future mailings.

Q: Communications to Serve You

If you have elected to provide us with your contact information, e.g., by registering at the Site, emailing our Customer Service department or placing an order, we may provide you with service related announcements concerning the Site or contact you regarding your customer service requests or your order. For example, all registered users will receive an email to confirm their order. These types of communications are necessary to serve you, respond to your concerns and to provide the high level of customer service that FCRC Machine offers its customers.

Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information

We will never provide your personally identifiable information to third parties for their use in marketing their products or services to you without your consent. FCRC Machine takes great pride in having you as a customer and we will ensure your privacy as a customer. FCRC Machine does not sell or exchange names or any other information about our customers with third parties.

Q: Fraud Protection and Compliance with Law

We may disclose any information, including personally identifiable information, we deem necessary, in our sole discretion, to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. We may also exchange information, including personally identifiable information, with other companies and organizations for credit fraud protection and risk reduction.

Q: Service Providers

We may retain other companies and individuals to perform functions consistent with our Privacy Policy on our behalf. Examples include customer support specialists, web hosting companies, fulfillment companies (e.g., companies that fill product orders or coordinate mailings), data analysis firms and email service providers. Such third parties may be provided with access to personally identifiable information needed to perform their functions, but may not use such information for any other purpose.

Q: Special Events

If you elect to participate in any promotions, sweepstakes, surveys, questionnaires or other events during your visit to our Site, the rules or terms and conditions for those events may indicate that your personally identifiable information will be shared with third parties. By choosing to participate and submitting your personally identifiable information with respect to such events, you consent to disclosure of your personally identifiable information to such third parties.

Shipping & Returns

Q: How do I get FREE standard shipping on my order?

All orders over $200.00 ship for free to the lower 48 states. Orders with Free Shipping will be shipped by the carrier of our choice to a single address within the continental United States. Free Shipping excludes orders requiring truck freight or orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii or other US Territories.

Q: How fast is my order processed?

Under normal circumstances, in stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday during typical business hours. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday, with the exception of holidays. Processing time is in addition to shipping time.

Q: When will my order ship?

All shipments leave Monday through Friday. Since some orders are drop-shipped from other suppliers, we cannot guarantee same or next-day shipments. However, most in stock shipments will leave within 1-3 days. If there are any known delays, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Q: What shipping options are available?

All shipments are sent by the ground service of our choice, unless otherwise requested. All orders using FedEX or UPS must ship to a physical addresses, shipments to PO Boxes cannot be shipped via FedEX or UPS. We do ship to PO Boxes and physical addresses via USPS.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes we ship worldwide

Q: How will you ship my order?

We ship primarily through UPS Ground, FedEX Ground, FedEX 2nd day, FedEX Overnight, USPS First Class, USPS Parcel post, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail. Some orders may require shipment via freight carriers. All orders placed using the free shipping offer are shipped via the method of our choice.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

We do ship to Alaska & Hawaii. However, shipments to Alaska & Hawaii are excluded from our Free Freight offer. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii are shipped through USPS Parcel Post or Priority mail.

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes we can ship to APO/FPO addresses through USPS Only.

Q: Do you ship to Freight Forwarders?

No we do not. There are no exceptions.

Q: Do you ship to Canada and US Territories?

Yes we ship to Canada and US Territories via USPS Parcel post and Priority Mail.

Q: How much is shipping?

All orders under $200.00 are charged a flat $5.95 shipping fee. Orders over $200.00 shipping to the continental 48 US states qualify for free shipping. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are charged a flat $5.95 Shipping charge. Express and International Shipping rates are determined using FedEX or USPS rate calculations. Shipments over 150 lbs. or dimensionally too large to go by UPS, FedEX or USPS will be sent via LTL truck freight and will require a quote prior to processing.

Q: Delays by shipping companies

Your shipment could be temporarily lost or misplaced by the shipping company. If the delay is deemed unreasonable, we will ship you a replacement order. If the original package does show, it is your responsibility to help get that package back to us. If the package is not returned in a reasonable amount of time, you will be charged for it, plus the shipping cost.

Q: Delays during holiday seasons between Thanksgiving and Christmas

Shipping companies often do not guarantee any shipment a couple of weeks before Christmas. Please allow extra time for deliveries during this time. You can also contact us for expedited shipping options.

Q: Item is on backorder

We will contact customers via your email in case the product you ordered is on backorder and will be delayed. If you have other items on your order that are not on backorder we may ship items separately, backordering the unavailable items.

Q: Undeliverable packages (orders returned to us)

Packages that are returned to us by the U.S. Postal Service, FedEX or UPS and marked as "Unclaimed", "Return to Sender", "Attempted Unknown", "Refused", or "Invalid Street Address", will be credited back to the customer's credit card on file, less the shipping and handling fees and a 20% restocking fee. Shipments returned that were sent with our free shipping offer will have the actual cost of shipping deducted from the amount of the refund and a 20% restocking fee.

Q: Restocking Fee

Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.

Q: Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Q: Outgoing Shipping Costs

If an item was sold with "Free Shipping", the original, actual outgoing shipping charges cannot be refunded and will be deducted from your refund.

Q: Payments

We accept All Major Credit Card Through Paypal. A Paypal Account is not required to complete your order. We also accept CASH, CERTIFIED CHECKS (CASHIER) and MONEY ORDERS. No COD's. Please allow 7 business days for Money orders/cashier checks to clear, and 20 days for personal checks to clear. Due to heightened security, we can only ship to an alternate shipping address if it is listed on file with your credit card company. We also accept Paypal payments. All International order must use the PayPal Payment option

Q: Shipping

Please e-mail if you have any questions regarding shipping charges on a specific product. Customers that refuse shipments will not be shipped to again and will still be charged for shipping twice (coming and going). Prices do not include shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. We cannot deliver outside of the continental United States (IE:AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, APO, FPO, PO Boxes or International) via UPS or FEDEX. If you must ship to one of these addresses, it can only be done via USPS

Although our business office is located in California, we ship from warehouses in CA,GA,MA, MI, NC, NV, OH, PA, RI, and FL. We also have relationships in various other states for shipping as well. Overnight/Rush shipping does not begin at the time that the order is placed, it's the shipping method used after the order has been processed.

FREE SHIPPING offers only include the CONTINENTAL UNITES STATES, all other locations are extra.

Q: Freight & Handling

FREE SHIPPING is Pre-Paid delivery on most order over $200.00 ordered by 3pm PST (except where noted -- see below) in the continental USA only. Depending on the product weight, we use either UPS, FedEX or US Mail for shipping. Because we offer FREE SHIPPING, we use whichever carrier is the most cost effective. Additional delivery days may apply to some items, such as hazardous items, truck freight items, and remote delivery areas.

International buyers are responsible for all Taxes, Import Duties and VAT upon arrival of the shipment to its destination and before the buyer can take possession.

Items specified hazardous Materials cannot be shipped outside of the Continental United States

All items designated "UPS/FedEX Oversize/Heavy" will be invoiced an additional handling fee depending upon weight(Actual or dimensional weight). This price includes to-your-door delivery to your chosen destination. Due to certain freight carriers' specifications, some parts may be subject to additional handling charges for:

  • Non-Box Charge
  • Hazardous materials (must ship via ground)

Q: Returns

We cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All returns must be received in original sealed packaging, with original manuals and ancillary materials in undamaged and saleable condition. All clearance items are sold with a no return policy. Clearance items are designated with a CLR- prior to the item part number. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned orders. Special orders may be subject to manufacturer restocking fees as well. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. In addition, when returning an item for a refund that was shipped using our free shipping offer, the original shipping cost incurred by FCRC Machine will be deducted from the refund issued.

ALL returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)with the returned merchandise.

Returns for refund will not be accepted for any of the following: Chips/Tuners, SCT products, Liquid Products, any custom-order or made-to-order items, non-defective items that have been used or installed on a vehicle.

Q: Shipping Damage

Please e-mail us immediately if your item has been damaged during shipping. Please note that we will ship replacement items via the same method of shipping as the order was originally placed. FCRC Machine cannot ship packages overnight at our expense, if the original shipping method was not also overnight. Damage claims must be filed in order for replacement parts to be shipped.

Q: Warranties

Any warranty claims must be placed with the manufacturer. Many of the products sold by FCRC Machine,regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for Racing and Performance applications. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either stated or implied, due to the unusual stresses placed on the parts and because we have no control over how they are installed and used. Many of these products are designed for off-road use only and are not legal for use on public highways. If you have a question about the warranty on a specific product, please e-mail us. Buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with these products.

Q: General policies

Emissions Warning! Certain products are not legal in the state of California for use on any pollution controlled vehicle. CERTAIN PRODUCTS MAY BE CAPABLE OF DISABLING ALL OR PART OF THE EMISSIONS SYSTEM ON CERTAIN VEHICLE APPLICATIONS, WHEN SELECTED BY THE END USER TO DO SO. EMISSIONS REMOVAL IS NOT LEGAL ANYWHERE WITHIN THE USA, UNLESS THE VEHICLE IS NOT REGISTERED WITH THE DIVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLES, AND IS BEING USED SOLELY AS A COMPETITION RACE VEHICLE. BY SELECTING ANY SETTINGS THAT CAN ALLOW REMOVAL OF EMISSIONS EQUIPEMNT, YOU ACCEPT ALL RISK AND LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH ITS USE, AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 1.All settings or calibrations that may allow emissions removal are intended and developed for off-highway, organized, sanctioned, closed-course RACE/COMPETITION USE ONLY! Any other use, on ANY road, public or private, within the USA, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. 2.FCRC Machine insists that you do not select any calibrations or settings if this vehicle has been registered or certified for highway use within the USA. 3.This product when used incorrectly may violate local, state, and federal laws pertaining to emissions, traffic, registration, and safety.4.Use of this product may void or nullify the vehicles factory warranty. 5.User understands that motorsports are dangerous, and that installation of this product may subsequently require special driving skills or techniques to safely operate the vehicle. 6.User assumes sole responsibility for the safe, proper, and legal use of the vehicle at all times. 7.The purchaser and end user releases, indemnifies, discharges, and holds harmless FCRC Machine from any and all claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, or expenses resulting from or relating to the use or installation of this product that is in violation of the terms and conditions on this page, the product disclaimer, and/or the product installation instructions. FCRC Machine will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, punitive, statutory, or incidental damages or fines cause by the use or installation of this product. Warning! Before allowing you to access any settings or calibrations that may allow emissions removal, you will be asked by the tuner to electronically agree to the terms and conditions listed above. By electronically agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are certifying that you are aware of and assume all risk, liability, and consequences that may arise from its use. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
